Background Information
"A movie about people who do stuff that is not normal...". FZ once said "Without deviation, progress is not possible. Normal People should see Baby Snakes so they can find out what they've been missing".
"Baby Snakes" is a concert film featuring Zappa's Halloween concert in 1977. Zappa's live performances are intercut with footage of Bruce Bickford's clay animation and backstage interviews and rehearsals. The film was released in the theaters on December 21, 1979, on home video in 1987 and on DVD in 2003.
