KPPC-FM was a Pasadena radio station with studios in the basement of the Pasadena Presbyterian Church, (hence the 'PPC').
Jingles for the station were sung by The Persuasions.

In November 27, 1968, the station's DJ, Les Carter, interviewed FZ and aired some of his favorite playlist, including what are now 'golden oldie' singles.
FZ also dedicated a record to the new Mothers' induction of musicians, Lowell George and Buzz Gardner.
