Maroual - found these "versions" this morning any use to you?

Arrgh, the acetate single (Sharleena/Bognor Regis) is already sold, was this you ? I really would like to know what was its price.
I did not know about this second track Bognor Regis. I found interesting stories about it.
The Peaches CD is already referenced in the affz Singles FAQ.
I will keep a picture of these items, thanks for the info.

Hi, Maroual
Thanks for cleaning up after me and your fine editing. It is much apprecciated and welcome as I am still not too used to editing conventions here.
Hermann 'Propellerkuh' Schindler
Hi Propellerkuh,
Thank YOU for your contributions ;-)
Maroual 01:13, 9 Jan 2007 (PST)
Hi maroual its Propellerkuh. How can I add an article under "Performances", like there is "Ren and Stimpy?" I would like to add an article named "Artopia" where Zappa made a Intro/Signation for an Andre Heller lead yearly institute around 1978(?)
Thanks
Hi Propellerkuh, you just have to put the following text at the end of your article:
You're welcome ;-)
Thanks for your apprecciation of my page. Don't forget to look another page, especially the Romain Gary page, after all, he's is from country, I believe.
Hermann
hi morual
i would like to translate the thing. problem is, then there would exist TWO english versions. I would rather have the original from somwhere on the web, but could not find it anywhere. when there is no orig. to be found, then i will translate it no matter what. but I'd never trust the web translators ...
as it is, the article is not complete just now. there are 4 pages left, but i didnt have time to write them. still looking for a decent OCR prog for mac/my scanner. know one??
best wishes to all
btw, propellerkuh is my home nome de plume, here at the school i am propellerschule ;-), is it okay when i "talk" to you on this here page???
herman
Hi man
thanks again for cleaning up after me. sometimes my eyes get so sore from looking at the screen that I really cant make myself editing further.
additionally I am not really convinced from the idea to wikify each occurence of "Frank Zappa", since it is evident for each visitor to be on a site dealing with Zappa. so I am more concerned to edit the text for better reading and keep up the interest in the text than to be hard-core linking. what do you say? is that acceptable? I dont want to disabuse someone with more patience or better eye-sight.
greetings, Hermann Propellerkuh
De nada.
Regarding the links, I do not consider obvious that the default reader is necessarily looking for Zappa stuff. Actually, this could be anybody randomly Googling around from key words (such as Steve Vai, Maurice Ravel, Pierre Boulez, Edgard Varèse, Jean-Luc Ponty, Whipping Post, Stairway To Heaven), a part of any song heard on the radio without knowing its author, or anything else indirectly connecting here (Wiki projects, GNU tools)... this is the way of Internet. My assuption is that these wiki-links are the best way to bring closer information that would be spread otherwise. This is the reason why I use to put at least a link on each first occurence of a key word/article name. The first Zappa record I bought was The Perfect Stranger because I was looking for something directed by Boulez...
But don't worry, there is no editing rule about this (not yet... ARF! ;) ). I understood that you focus your efforts on bringing content and this is really nice.
Thanks man.
Maroual 08:57, 30 Jan 2007 (PST)
hi maroual
thanx for your answer - understood and okayd; but here's another question: shall we really go on leave "original journalist's writing" as it was in the first place? for example when one did NOT take care and look up the correct writing of - say - "Dinah-Moe Humm" or all the other countless misswritings, just for the reason that they are careless or dont want to spend time and money on proof-reading? I am voting for NO! I will correct some errors when I feel that they are just typos or errors, or when the misspelling does not hint at a special misunderstanding or for sake of trueness to source ...
cu round here, Hermann mailto:propellerq@gmx.at
Hi Maroual
feb 3 2007
can you please answer the following question and maybe discuss it with the KUR ZWJ webmasters? Yesterday I took a subscription at www.rocksbackpages.com, where 56 articles about FZ reside. I downloaded all and edited one ("FZ: Outrage and Invention" by Michael Gray) and placed it here. Do you think that might become a copyright problem? Of course the articels would be displayed with author and magazine, as far they are existent in the first place.
Thanks, Hermann
Hi,
This is not very obvious: reading Wikipedia:Fair use and particularly Wikipedia:Fair Use#Practical effect of fair use defense might be a good starting point. I understand there can be copyright issues by the time somebody can prove such an activity does affect his business. It may sometimes also depend on the size of the articles. If rockbackpages is the only provider of the 56 aforementionned articles, then: yes, this might lead to a copyright issue. I suggest you directly write an email to Barry.
Maroual 10:50, 3 Feb 2007 (PST)
hi maroual
i'm only trying to give something back what the web and KUR offered me in the first place ;-)
i'm checking the "minor edit" check box hoping that i don't get to much lines in the "recent changes page" - keeps it more clearly when looking back at the work of a long day. furthermore: a really big thank goes to people like charles ulrich or the "afka.net-guy" whose pages I am putting on the ZWJ project. THEY were OCRing all these countless pages and HTML-ing them, collecting them back when like me. I have hundreds of pages of magazines and newspapers mostly in German and English waiting for a soon-to-come "OmniPage"-software --- oh my!
work waiting!!
best wishes to all from propellerkuh

editing conventions
hi maroual
you edited the players list on "FZ meets the MOP" adding an asterisk (*[[Chad Wacker). is that a functional or just optical thing? I'm not asking for beauty but wisdom ;-)
Hermann (Propellerkuh)
Well, it is more optical than functional.
Actually, I do not have enough time on my hands to update the entire history backwards.
This is one of the reasons why I keep making sure that every new update follow nearly the same convention.
Plus it is easier to manage this way with asterisks avoiding to use too much wiki syntax.
In some cases, the Freak Out! article can be used as a reference as it is often updated first.
Hope this answers your question :)
Maroual 04:27, 5 Mar 2007 (PST)
hi
yes please, delete the empty page.
furthermore, the movie "Prager ..." was there in the first place so I did not think of moving it anywhere, besides from being able to do so. but please do so! i'm sure thats a better place to be for the movie.
greetings and hugs
hi maroual
just now I edited the page about T'mershi Duween (The Magazine) but couldn't find the correct Category, if it is there at all ... now I don't know if I should open a Category or if a fanzine belongs someweher else. Please be so kind and do the necessary ...
bye and have fun
Hermann (Propellerkuh, Propellerschule) Schindler
hi again, thanx for the prompt fanzinery. do you think it is too late to site-wise change the name of Alan Zavod to his seemingly real name Allan Zavod? his site. Hermann
Hi, it's never too late. Don't worry, I'm gonna take care of this.
Maroual 15:25, 9 Mar 2007 (PST)
Hi, "#" for official tracks and "*" for plain, unreleased concert tracks? Gee, makes sense, whot?
- Propellerkuh 23:54, 18 Mar 2007 (PDT)
Hello Propellerkuh, nice you mention this because I fell asleep on my couch yesterday evening thus I couldn't start this conversation.
To summarize, I started to remove the songs numbers and timing because I think it is very difficult to speak about delimited tracks as it is the case on a CD.
Actually the songs original order was often assumed from bootlegs. And in several cases a few songs were cut, removed or put in a different order because they were not recorded, lost or because they had to fit on a LP.
Maroual 03:59, 19 Mar 2007 (PDT)
Hi Propellerkuh, could you please look at 88/03/17 Binghamton NY US Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena? and let me know if you agree or not with my last update?
The concerts pages are still young and at some point we may establish a new template when our ideas get mature.
See you later.
Maroual 12:25, 19 Mar 2007 (PDT)
I'm more than happy with your doings. its fun seeing you editing on the same page at the same time like with the liner notes of Francesco Zappa. but my heart skipped a beat when I hit save page and the browser showed nothing but the first line "Francesco Zappa"
- Propellerkuh-ibook 10:14, 21 Mar 2007 (PDT)
Yaa, shit happens sometimes. This might be due to concurrent accesses to the same page. Sorry, I did not see your last update time, I use to be more careful. I also experienced this phenomenon while I was alone.
Maroual 11:44, 21 Mar 2007 (PDT)
no reason to feel sorry, really; when that happens i go back and copy everything from the edit window and save it back, so no harm done. I don't think that I ever checked if someone was chewing on the same page, so let's not get too trippy. fine thing is, that I still keep learning and I feel sorry when I forget something and see that one of you cleans up after me, thank you all. I think zapa jawaka is a really great resource so I try to fill it out. pity is, that there is a horrendous number of information out there where the info is great already and their work has to be transferred into the wiki thing. the globalia.net/donlope site by roman albertos is really up-to date and a very excellent source, I'm sure you know.
thank you all take care and have fun
- Propellerkuh 15:19, 21 Mar 2007 (PDT)
Hi M
This morning I added The Silver Mistress into the "Books about Zappa"-section. I dont know if it is welcome there, because there are a lot of books out there mentioning FZ in a similar way, but there is no REAL Zappa content. On the other hand it is pretty interesting to see how Zappa penetrated each & every realm of our culture, so maybe there should be an additional category somewhere for that concern.
Second: The "Natural phenomenon"-category is accessed via – of all things – "Household" and IMHO that is not a real intuitive way for a person coming from outside the Zappa and/or Wiki Jawaka world. Another example: I found no other place for Lauda Air plane named "Frank Zappa" other than 'Pets & stuff'. Seems a bit ridiculous, but whats more ridiculous than flying in the plane called "Frank Zappa" into a holiday, so that might be the RIGHT place after all! What do the other editors think about that?
- Propellerkuh 00:45, 10 Apr 2007 (PDT)
Well, this is a good question.
I guess that the Category:Zappa Phenomena is obsolete and should be removed.
Maybe we should build a dedicated category for all the stuff in the world that are just citing FZ, named after FZ or have been influenced by FZ in any way.
Yes the Category:Zappa Phenomena should not be placed in Category:Zappa Household, this is weird...

Bootlegs
Hi Maroual,
Yeah, I wasn't sure if those would fit in with the BTB articles. Thank you for cleaning that up! Also, are you comfortable with expanding the bootleg section? I want to encompass as much material (both common and rare) as possible without turning the category into a confusing hodgepodge. --RocketMartin 09:27, 26 March 2008 (PDT)
Well this is a good question.
Usually most of the people here (Duncan, Prope and Emdebe) would prefer to deal with the songs versions and lyrics issues first. Because each new page containing references to wrongly named songs generates more maintenance rework for the future. And we are not very active on this tough and long task. There are also ongoing discussions about avoiding to flood the regular FZ works/discography under Tributes and Bootlegs pages.
On my side I don't really see any problem to create many many pages about bootlegs, even if I know this task will be long.
Maroual 10:34, 26 March 2008 (PDT)
New Bootlegs sub-section?
Hi Maroual,
Should we set up a separate section for Bootleg Boxed Sets?
Besides Apocrypha, I was thinking of Wiki'ing Mystery Box, with links to all ten LP's included Therein, in the near future.
Thanks for all your help and support! --RocketMartin 17:46, 3 April 2008 (PDT)
Hi RocketMartin,
Indeed Category:Bootlegs is/will be a very vast and various set, however I don't know what are the pros and cons of subcategorizing it. It is always possible to create categories and subcategories, the Zappa Patio have theirs. But I guess that it should be done only when necessary (see Wikipedia:Categorization and Wikipedia:Overcategorization). For instance small categories such as Category:Box Set Albums were created in order to exclude items that cannot fit in Category:Original Albums. I have no answer for now, if this list grows then this question will have more and more sense.
You are right, the Mystery Box article is definitely not an option ;-)

Logged in, all fine but no email
Hi, I'm new today.
Logged in ok, made some entries, as you'll note.
Problem is that my Preferences aren't doing what I want. Filled in ok, clicked send myself an email button. Page responded saying mail sent but, hours later no mail. So, I can't tick the contact boxes- especially as I wanted to mail RocketMartin that I had vinyl for sale.
I've checked my mail is working- it's ok. Is this a security/time delay thing? What's the problem?
--Tonefish 09:08, 11 May 2008 (PDT)
Hi,
I did not notice earlier there was an email functionality, maybe it has not been activated by Barry. As a consequence the best way to contact RocketMartin is likely by posting on his talk page.

Beefheart: Getting a logical thread?
Hi Maroual
You'll have probably noticed I'm quite a Beefheart fan who's been blundering about a bit on your site. I AM A ZAPPA FAN TOO!
Without him I, and probably the world, would not have fully discovered Beefheart.
So, given what I think is an incredibly important influence & overview of early Zappa stages in respect of Beefheart and, most importantly, keeping it ZAPPA, what I'd like your agreement to do is put all the Captain Beefheart refs to one page, as this; (Must admit, I've started...):
1) When Captain Beefheart is clicked you get his Birth/Name history. (Short/simple)
2) This is followed by Beefheart on Zappa Albums (Not 'Zappa Albums', which was misleading in this context).
3) This is followed by Zappa on Beefheart Albums, enabling the inclusion of the all important Tout Mask Replica & Zappa's activities on Grow Fins.
No content here that doesn't include FZ. A good way to refer to FZ's acoustic imput on Orange Claw Hammer, for example.
4) This is followed by Trout Mask Replica, below which is listed:
5) Players (Aliases also explained. You'll note that some appeared on various Zappa albums)
6) Tracks
7) Release Notes
8) Liner Notes (If worthwhile)
9) Magazine Articles on Trout Mask Replica. (FZ comments, etc)
10) Beefheart Magazine Articles. (Pertinent early years that reflect the Zappa/Beefheart relationship & divergence) plus links to external Beefheart sites.
11) Notes
12 See Also
I've not removed anything from where I've blundered, but am I making any kind of sense?
I really don't want to step on anyone's toes and fully appreciate the need to keep this thing Zappa- but I think if a Beefheart newbie hits the page I've outlined he might become a Zapparite.

Zappa Obituaries. (e.g. Billboard)
A sensitive subject I know, regarding the loss of FZ, but this key event doesn't seem to have an entry. Shouldn't Categories/Bibliography have a Subcategory 'O'- Obituaries? Indeed, I'm surprised there isn't a section in Navigation titled 'Obituaries'.
I had to use Search 'obituaries' in this wiki to find just 3 results, 2 of which were the same Article; Frank was the Real Thing living in a Nightmare (which, incidentally, hit the nail on the head for me and brought tears to my eyes). I realise there are other obits in the wiki, but you have to know what they're called to find 'em, like Frank Zappa, Musician, February 1994 & Zappa, City paper, 94-1 etc. (I note Grove's item is minus ref links in its bodymatter- is this intentional? Grove's Dictionary of Music and Musicians [to be pedantic it should be the singular, 'Grove'])
Most esteemed music mags & newspapers ran an FZ obit in this period. I think the very nature of the FZ obit/s is, ironically, an ideal 2nd starting point (after the Biography) for a new FZ fan, where 'personnel/celebrity' viewpoints are expressed & 'interesting incident' links are/could be found for a 'colourful' overview of all points in his life in one (chronological?) set-list of obits. Broadly, I'm suggesting the Biography as a strictly disciplined beginning with the Obituary as an emotional ending- the two points in a timeline- where you can dip into the wiki middle.
Regarding FZ Obituaries; I have a copy of Billboard, December 18, 1993. This contains a Front Cover ref, a Page 8 Leader and the entirety of Page 131 devoted to the loss of Frank Zappa, written by Drew Wheeler with quotes from Belew, Vai, Volman, Slonimsky, Thome & Schorr, etc. The entirety of Page 17 is also an excellent RYKO homage to FZ with a 'we're only in it for the music' illustration by Cal Schenkel.
(Drew Wheeler is now the jazz editor of CDNow.com).
My external searches have, so far, not found this material (even in afka.net) and you can't get into Billboard archives without financially subscribing, so a wiki link to the article/s isn't possible- if it's there. (Here's the Billboard search response; BILLBOARD.COM SITE ANSWERS. Where can I find articles from Billboard Magazine? New issues of Billboard are posted online at Billboard.biz each Friday at 3 p.m. ET. Subscribers can read the full text of each issue, as well as search the database for articles back to 1984).
I'm willing to transcribe the Article, credit its source & supply images. Does the wiki want it? If so, where does it go? What's the legal aspect of reproducing it? The wiki would not be gaining profit by so doing and it would be of benefit(?) to Billboard if there was a link to their site, etc.
--Tonefish 06:21, 18 May 2008 (PDT)
In France Track
Oh Scrutinizer can you help?
I've added a CC to the In France track. (You may want to kick it out) But, I can't get the hang of a link to the Wikipedia page that works so that only the words 'Peter Green' are seen and the link goes to the Wikipedia:Peter Green (musician) page. It's the (musician) bit that's giving me trouble, 'cos there are other Peter Greens, but I didn't want 'musician' to be visible. Can you show me here (or in the CC I've done) how the syntax should have been expressed? Sorry to be a troll.
--Tonefish 08:12, 18 May 2008 (PDT)
Hi Tonefish,
If I understood correctly, I guess the syntax you need is Peter Green.
The fact mentionned in the lines you appended is interesting however in order to avoid original research you definitely need to cite a reference/source, "some fans" is not sufficient.
I suggest you to browse these guidelines: Wikipedia:No original research.

Canard Frappe here, just like to thankyou for your fine editing and fixing up of my clumsy un-educated additions. I love this site and just recently stared added my own contributions and hopefully continue to do so.
I appreciate your work and hopefully this site will just grow and grow and grow. I believe Zappa's music deserves no less.

Radio Interviews
Hi
Long time no see. Whatever ... I have a question. Maybe you know this Radio Interview, I found when searching for Noam Chomsky linked to FZ. Chomsky had his 80th birthday these days and his thoughts and POVs made me question if he knew Frank or made some comment on him.
Today I d/loaded the interview (58 mins) and thought that those things should be kept available at KUR, but there is no dedicated Category for such things. Best would be a transcription, but ... whoa, I'm no sectretary. How do we handle such things?
Best wishes, --Propellerkuh 01:18, 8 December 2008 (PST)
Hard to tell...
On the page you mention, I clicked on the VBR M3U (Hi-Fi) link, then my Winamp "View file info..." provided me with a 73 MB mp3 URL which I downloaded.
As a second step I am trying to download and install Julius (+ VoxForge Acoustics Models) which is a speech recognition software. Then we're gonna see if this can lead somewhere... wait and see ;-)
Maroual 14:05, 8 December 2008 (PST)
Okay :-D, a transcription would definitely require a secretary as no software seems able to do it accurately (see also wikipedia:Speech_recognition#Performance_of_speech_recognition_systems).
Maroual 15:02, 8 December 2008 (PST)
What if we divide that oblong task in – say –10-minute-pieces and combine our forces? 10 minutes IS a hard time but actually manageable if we take our time. Whaddyamean? --Propellerkuh 13:12, 9 December 2008 (PST)
Oh sure! This technique of parallel works seems the best. But I can't promise I won't make any mistakes ;-) I propose to transcribe from 10:00 to 20:00. Who will do the remaining 4 x 10 minutes? Barry, Edebe, Duncan, ...? We need help.

Server Slow Down
Hi again
Do you both know what's the matter with the Jawaka server? Since a week or more it takes more than a minute to display a page. It's not the same with all kinds of pages here, and I'm not even sure that it's not a local phenomenon ... --Propellerkuh 22:04, 11 January 2009 (PST)
Hi,
I have the exact same issue and a lot of timeouts with almost every page.
We should alert Barry.
Maroual 06:48, 12 January 2009 (PST)
- Yes - same here. It seems a little better today but has been pretty much unusable lately. I assumed it was just some maintenance work but it seems to be dragging on for some time. Duncan 06:56, 12 January 2009 (PST)
Today in the morning all seems reasonably snappy and well. --Propellerkuh 21:16, 12 January 2009 (PST)

Hi,
Shall we start adding Spotify links? I just did ;-) There is no actual Zappa (of course) but a wealth of incidental stuff.... Jean-Luc Ponty, Ensemble Modern and the Sandy Hurvitz album etc. Duncan 08:10, 30 May 2009 (PDT)
Hi Duncan,
I tried to subscribe right after posted your questsion but I am still on a 'waiting list' since that time. So I still do not know what it is about :-/
Maroual 12:16, 6 June 2009 (PDT)
- Any progress? I have been looking out for invitations for you but they have stopped giving them out at the moment. Barry seems to have found a way in. I suspect Spotify's cataloguing will drive you mad ;-) Duncan 22:32, 4 August 2009 (PDT)
Hey, I could use it, finally. Thanks. Their catalogue looks very similar to Deezer's which is very useful to discover Jazz and Rock standards that I've never had the opportunity to listen to earlier. It's so bad they don't have any FZ :-/
Yes, you can put links to Spotify tracks now. I will find a way to build an adequate template. The only thing I am not comfortable with is the dead links maintenance. It would be better to maintain the links in a separate database and to retrieve them dynamically, but I think this is not possible to do it in a wiki.
Maroual 07:50, 12 August 2009 (PDT)
Hi Maroual,
Here's a better way to access Spotify which will get you past the 14 day "travel" trial.

Hello Maroual
I am Japanese. English cannot be understood accurately. I'm sorry.
I am writing only facts and figures. However, even if it is corrected, it is not unpleasant.
Thank you. --Zarank 01:23, 24 October 2009 (PDT)
Hello Maroual Thank you for the contribution. I think that it is a good thing that it writes the matrix number. However, it might be dangerous to record a specific matrix number, and deny other possibilities. I think that it is appropriate to write when it has the same catalog number, and there is only a difference of the content in the matrix number. --Zarank 06:49, 27 October 2009 (PDT)
Spotify again
Did you manage to get a connection to Spotify? I have a spare invitation if you would like it. Duncan 11:05, 3 January 2010 (PST)
Hi Duncan, Yes, I could finally subscribe and use Spotify. Thanks for caring. However I confess that I use Deezer a lot more, because this one doesn't require any software installation. Going back to a very old question of yours, I think it is a good idea to add Spotify links in the wiki pages although there exists no link to any FZ tracks :-/ Maroual 13:52, 6 January 2010 (PST)
Son Of Serious Music
Hi, Maroual, do you see any chance of me getting the rest of "Son Of Serious Music"? I'm hanging around at 27,8% with my torrent downloader, remaining time is somewehere hidden in eternity, no complete set of data somewhere. I even paid some dollars to a torrent provider, but all I get there is pornos plus another bootleg named "Serious Music" by FZ, which is not the same as "Son Of …", namely: 1. The World's Greatest Sinner 2. Revenge of the Knick-Knack People 3. RDNZL 4. Inca Roads 5. Sinister Footwear. And I think I can cancel that because these tracks are well known to me. I once owned "Son Of …" but lent it to someone who didn't return the vinyl and my antique recording on cassette from my late LP is incomplete and dusty. What do you think? Some Zappateer posting? Greetings from Austria --Propellerkuh 22:57, 16 January 2010 (PST)
Updating and imploring again
Hi, by now I am stuck at 58,4 % and nobody seems to have a complete torrent. Please, if you have got the data consider to put it somewhere at the Zappateer facility, that would be very kind of you.
--Propellerkuh 07:19, 31 January 2010 (PST)

Very kind of you to contact me. Dennis Teunissen of Zappateer-fame said to provide me with a valid d/load torrent link last week but obviously didn't find time to do so at this moment. Well, I keep waiting …

Kind of bootleg
Bonjour Maroual,

biography page
hi maroual
wouldn't it be time to re-upholster the FZ biography page? I mean, it is nearly unreadable without chapters and such, the wikipedia article is a very good example for referencing and the old "divide and rule"-idea from way back when Caesar. I mean, we are all still and in-the-future-to-be fascinated by the man and I understand that most of us feel almost unable to make a simple web page to represent FZs life and work.
And it wouldn't suffice to do like wikipedia does (although I think it is done very good and gives a good overview for common public.) So we should try something else, (I still don't know what – something funny and far out like Frank himself was), something that has outgrown the normality, something that only hard core afficionadoes would love and seek and appreciate … what do you think? … after all, Frank's 70th birthday is approaching … and I am still not over the loss of the things Frank would have done as "mature" composer, his "Alterswerk" (couldn't get a serious sounding translation :-))

Hey Prope,
Yep, the Wikipedia article about FZ has so much evolved it has become one of the 2,954 featured articles on a total of 3,351,831 articles. This is really impressive :-o
I agree with you that ZWJ is not Wikipedia and we clearly do not have the same constraints in terms of style, layout and normality here.
I will try to think about it and let you know, it might be better to ask Barry and the others if any ideas and so gather the efforts of several people ;-)
Cheers

Reaction to comments
Hi Maroual,
Thank you for your comments. It's nice to know that my added information, articles and categories didn't go unnoticed and were appreciated. I will add the Wikipedia articles from now on. I've indeed noticed that it's easier to just link them instead of copying huge chunks of information. I really try to keep everything as Zappa related as possible. That's why I don't add tons of unneccessary information in each article. As for your comment about Godzilla. The only reason I mentioned the remake is because most younger kids only know Godzilla from that dreadful remake from 1998. To avoid comments from them ("Hey, Zappa died in 1993. How could he like a movie from 1998?") I simply added the existence of that remake to avoid confusion. But I must say that there are some articles without any hint or explanation what they have do with Zappa, like Bruce Springsteen and Ella Fitzgerald for instance? Could these articles be deleted? And how do I add a nomination for deletion to an article?
I've also noticed articles with similar information like Grateful Dead and The Grateful Dead, where one article should better be deleted and replaced with the other. And wouldn't it be easier to put the Conceptual Continuity articles into one article? Now you have Michael Jackson and Michael Jackson (CC), Quentin Robert DeNameland and Quentin Robert DeNameland (CC) and even Francesco Zappa, Francesco Zappa (CC) and Francesco Zappa (The Character)). It's very confusing, especially since people add extra information into one article, without knowing there's another article with the same name.
And John & Yoko can better be changed into John Lennon and Yoko Ono as individual articles.
That's all I have to say for now.
Thanks and see you again. Spider Of Destiny, November 28 2010, 17:32 (CET).
Fronobulax
I've noticed an article with a spelling mistake. The monster isn't called "Fronobulax", but Frunobulax. The article "Fronobulax" should be deleted. How can you remove it? Spider Of Destiny.

Hi
Re your 'flag' to me;
The corrs you have done are fine, except you need to move each issue up by one.
The 'Tri-color' UK 1st issue is missing - matrix RSLP 6356.
ie The green quadrant with 'Pop Series' on right, a steamboat on left quadrant & lower semi-circle in 'light tan'.
The back cover also indicates: "Warner Bros Seven Arts Records Ltd" "Distributed by CBS Records" "Printed and made by MacNeill Press Ltd., London SE1" in 3 lines.
Any probs, let me know. Trust this helps --Tonefish 02:05, 27 December 2010 (UTC)
