Notes

  1. The first reported copies were sold during the ZPZ shows around August 3rd. The first shipping confirmation emails from Musictoday were received on August 24th. A limited number are packaged with a 10 cm cut off piece of magnetic tape stuck between the media tray and the back card. According to Gail Zappa, these 'Tape Worms' come from from the Vault.
