As Miss Pamela she first came to prominence in the GTO's in the L.A. groupie scene of the late 60's. She attended Cleveland High School with another GTO, Miss Sparky. A high-school acquaintance introduced her to Don Vliet, which led to her meeting members of various rock groups. She joined Vito Paulekas' dance troupe and undertook various jobs to sustain a groupie lifestyle on the celebrity circuit of LA's Sunset Strip.
