Here's my poop:

(Give it a read-through & check the links later)
Sometime, back at art college around 1966 in the UK, my world, my future, my vocabulary took on a whole new impetus.

Then things changed forever.

I had found Don Van Vliet on the airwaves.
He then, unknowingly, had introduced me to to a guy called Frank & his Freak Out!.
Suddenly, my art and every thing I'd wrestled with in my teenage angst made sense.
And has done ever since.
The world, in all it's dysfunctional progress, owes more than a debt of gratitude to the genius of this modern day composer and all-round good guy.
You Are What You Is.

Secret wish?

To discover a blues-jazz fusion single, with FZ on guitar & Beefheart on vocals:
It's called "I Wanna Find A Woman That'll Hold My Big Dweezil Till I Have To Go"
(b/w a flipside cover-version, done by Korner & Cyril Davies fronting The Bluesbreakers
- with Mayall 'off sick' for the day, designing the antiquated picture sleeve). I can but dream.

"The task must be made difficult, for only the difficult inspires the noble-hearted discographer"
Paraphrasing apologies to Søren Kierkegaard
