"Frank Zappa Filmt 200 Motels" is a Dutch documentary for VPRO Television, directed by Roelof Kiers, originally broadcast on December 23, 1971.

The documentary features backstage footage filmed at Zappa's household and on the set of 200 Motels (The Film). The film also showcases footage and interviews with Zappa, film director Tony Palmer, Jerry Goode, Theodore Bikel, Lucy Offerall, Janet Ferguson, Pamela Miller, Keith Moon, Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan. Parts of the footage had already been featured in Kiers' earlier documentary about Zappa: Frank Zappa (1971 Documentary).

Parts of "Frank Zappa Filmt 200 Motels" were later used in The True Story Of 200 Motels. Certain dialogue excerpts can be heard on Zappa's album: Playground Psychotics, including I Could Be A Star Now, If You're Not A Professional Actor, A Great Guy, Bad Acting, The Worst Reviews, A Version Of Himself, Going For The Money and Martin Lickert's Story.
