Kim Fowley (July 21, 1939 – January 15, 2015) was an American singer, songwriter and music producer. He was responsible for producing Alley Oop (1960) by The Hollywood Argyles, Nut Rocker (1962) by B. Bumble and the Stingers and Popsicles & Icicles (1963) by The Murmaids (which Zappa named one of his favorite songs). In the 1970s, he also produced Helen Reddy and The Runaways.

Fowley provided "hypophone" for Freak Out!. He provided vocal content on Zappa's Side Project album An Evening With Wild Man Fischer. He also recorded with Gail Sloatman as Bunny and Bear.
