Borscht

PIXIES [10-12 / 15º-60º], one of the constellations in the "One Size Fits All" (1975) "universe", has a star named "Borscht".

Borscht refers to Jewish-food, a "vegetable soup".

There is also a "Borscht Belt". From its humble beginnings at the start of the century, its peak in the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s as the premier resort destination for the multitudes of distant New York and its recent re-emergence as a potential casino and gambling mecca, the Borscht Belt is an important piece of New York history.
