Arnold Schönberg (September 13, 1874, Vienna, Austria. – July 13, 1951, Los Angeles, USA)

Composer, artist, music teacher

Moved to USA in 1933. Settling in Los Angeles in 1934. Starts teaching at UCLA in 1936. Became American citizen in 1941 - changed spelling of name to Schoenberg.
