Supergrass were a British alternative rock band, active from 1993 until 2010. They are best known for their hit song "Alright" (1995).
Their album "In It For The Money" (1997) was a reference to Zappa's We're Only In It For The Money.
Two band members, Gaz Coombes and Danny Goffey, are also brothers. They started a spin-off band, The Hotrats , which references Zappa's Hot Rats album.
On Sunday October 4, 2009 Coombes and Goffey were guests in the BBC Radio 6. One of the songs they chose for airplay was Peaches En Regalia. [1]
