Elmer Valentine

Elmer Valentine, a former Chicago policeman [1], opened the Whisky a Go-Go in 1963, and The Trip in 1965, alongside Carl Greenhouse and Phil Tanzini. Gail Sloatman worked for him as a secretary at the Whisky a Go-Go.
