Alfonso Cuarón (1961) is a Mexican film director, best known for films like Y Tu Mamá También (2001), "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) and "Pan's Labyrinth" (2006).

He wrote the script for Y Tu Mamá También (2001) while listening endlessly to Watermelon In Easter Hay. "We owe so much to Zappa. The tone of that song is the mood we were aiming for", claimed Cuarón.
