Al Surratt was the drummer of The Boogie Men.
SILVERFISH [17-19 / 15º-45º], one of the constellations in the "One Size Fits All" (1975) "universe", has a star named "Al Surat".
The "Pomona Valley Symphony", a 55 member 'orchestra' assembled by FZ, was conducted by Fred E. Graff. It provided the soundtrack recording for The World’s Greatest Sinner (The Film), augmented by FZ, Kenny Burgen; saxophone, Doug Rost: rhythm guitar, & Al Surratt: drums.
Al-Surat is/was a (forbidden) newspaper
Al Surat is also a tourist attraction - a mountains section - in Albaha, in the south west of Saudi Arabia.
