Born Sandra Leano, she became Miss Sandra -one of the GTO's- arriving on the L.A. Sunset Strip scene from San Pedro with Christine Frka, with whom she shared a basement in The Log Cabin commune. She remained on the scene after FZ rented the property and became pregnant by his resident basement artist Cal Schenkel, giving birth to their daughter Raven.
Sandra Leano later moved back to San Pedro, then to Italy with her new husband and three children.
She died of cancer on April 23, 1991.
