This haunting composition refers to the mass suicide in Jonestown, Guyana, in 1978 by cult leader [[Wikipedia:Jim Jones|Jim Jones]] and the 800 members of his cult. Some members volunteered to commit suicide, others were violently forced to do so. The 800 bodies were later discovered by the police and media.
