Prazský Výber ("The Prague Selects") is a Czech jazz/ rock band, established in 1976. They were popular because of their humorous style, genre-busting music and resistance against the Communist regime. Between 1983 and 1986 they were banned by the government. Their main musical influences were The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Frank Zappa.

(which translates as "Goodbye Soviet Army"), celebrating the departure of Soviet troops from the Czechoslovak territory. Zappa plays guitar on "Improvizace v A dur", where he exchanges guitar solos with Prazský Výber's guitarist Michael Pavlicek.
