Edward Elgar.

Edward Elgar (June, 2, 1857- February 23, 1934) was a British composer and conductor, most famous for his Enigma Variations (1899) (especially the Nimrod movement) and his Pomp & Circumstance, March No. 1 (1901), which is still an annual tradition at the Last Night of the Proms concerts in the Royal Albert Hall, where spectators sing along to the lyrics: "Land of Hope and Glory". In the United States, the same song is an annual tradition during college graduation ceremonies.

In Billy The Mountain a brief quote from Elgar's "Pomp & Circumstance March N. 1 in D. Major" can be heard after the line: "Billy The Mountain was rich!"
