In the "Genesis Revelations" book Phil Collins says he likes Frank Zappa (and this is where he heard of Chester Thompson). He also mentions using the drum fill from "More Trouble Every Day" into "Afterglow". (Live versions with this fill can be heard on "Seconds Out" and "Three Sides Live").
