Kim Fowley (July 21, 1939 – January 15, 2015) was an American singer and music producer. He provided "hypophone" for Freak Out!.

Provided vocal content on Zappa's Side Project album An Evening With Wild Man Fischer. Recorded with Gail Sloatman as Bunny and Bear.

He also produced Popsicles & Icicles by The Murmaids, which Zappa named one of his favorite songs.
