Kurt McGettrick (? - 6 May 2007) was an American saxophonist, clarinetist and flautist.

He joined The Mothers 1988 incarnation in the horn section. McGettrick played baritone sax for Broadway The Hard Way, The Best Band You Never Heard In Your Life, Make A Jazz Noise Here, You Can't Do That On Stage Anymore Vol. 4, You Can't Do That On Stage Anymore Vol. 6 and Trance-Fusion.

He was a member of The Band From Utopia.

McGettrick passed away from cancer in 2007.
