Jean Solé is a French comics artist born 2 April 1948 who founded magazine Fluide Glacial with Marcel Gotlib and other artists in 1975.

In the early years of Fluide Glacial, he published a comic strip parody based on Frank Zappa and Stink-Foot[1].

Around 1984, bootlegers reused parts of his comic strip to do the cover artwork for 'Tis The Season To Be Jelly.
