Wild Man Fischer - "An Evening With Wild Man Fischer" (2LP, Bizarre/Reprise 2XS 6332, April 28, 1969).

"Wild Man" Fischer, a mentally disturbed street singer 'discovered' by Zappa, recorded a double album for Zappa's Bizarre label - "An Evening With Wild Man Fischer", some of it with Zappa and the Mothers of Invention, the rest of it solo, giving full vent to nonmetrical original material. A certified paranoid schizophrenic and acid casualty, Larry was born in los angeles in 1945. By the mid-'60s, he had become a fixture along L.A.'s famed Sunset Strip.

Larry provided vocals for the Beat The Boots series disk Our Man In Nirvana (BTB).

(Edit. note: "Rest in Peace, Cub")

Mentioned during "Star Special", FZ as a guest DJ on BBC Radio 1 in 1980.
