The Olympics were an American doo-wop group, best known for the hits "Western Movies" (1958) and "Baby Hully Gully" (1961).

In 1971, when Frank Zappa, John Lennon and Yoko Ono performed at the Fillmore East together, they covered The Olympics' Well (Baby Please Don't Go).
When Zappa was a guest during Dr. Demento (December 1973), he played their song "Well!" (1958), which was the flipside of the single "Western Movies".
