Note you've sliced a bit off my leader- probably 'cos it reiterated stuff elsewhere?

Readers may not be coming to the page 'internally', or as FZ fans. I was putting in short 'potted' leaders in the event an external search engine brings a reader straight to a page. It would quickly establish context of subject (they're now reading) within the site they're now in- and gives opportunity to place internal links, also in context. (Useful 'stand alone pages' for lazy researchers who don't want to go further?)

You mean...

The FZ Side Project album Trout Mask Replica was developed, written and performed by members of the Magic Band. The band's leader, eclectic wordsmith, mentor and childhood friend of FZ was Don van Vliet, who performed under the pseudonym of Captain Beefheart. His home in Woodland Hills, CA, - a focal point in the construction of the album- was known as the Magic Band house.

Short 'potted' leaders should relate to the specific article on the page. Duncan 09:37, 27 May 2008 (PDT)
