Ralph Steadman (May 15, 1936) is a Welsh illustrator, most famous for illustrating many novels and short stories by journalist Hunter S. Thompson, including Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas (1971).
In 1997, he illustrated the cover of Frank Zappa's Have I Offended Someone?. The drawing itself was lifted from an older release, Tony Palmer's Born Under A Bad Sign (1970), which had a foreword by John Lennon. [1]
