Die Ärzte is a German punk trio. Farin Urlaub plays guitar, Rodrigo González bass and Bela B drums. Urlaub is a fan of Frank Zappa. [1] Interviewed by Die Welt (18 November 2014), he cited the collage style of We're Only In It For The Money as music that shaped his personality: "Zappa was the first to give a damn about the marketablity in pop music. And only someone who understood rock could use it playfully in the right places as Zappa did." [2]
They covered Frank Zappa's Stick It Out and What's The Ugliest Part Of Your Body? on their album "Friedenspanzer" (1994).[3]
