Pachuko Hop is a 1952 song by Chuck Higgins And The Mellotones (Combo 45-12, 1952), with musical accompaniment by John Watson, Eli Toney and Joe Ursery. It was Higgins' first release on Jake Porter's label Combo Records. The B-side was a tune called Motorhead Baby, the inspiration for Jim Sherwood's nickname.

The Mothers of Invention performed the song on stage and referred to it in the lyrics of [[Jelly Roll Gum Drop]] and Debra Kadabra.
