The Kronos Quartet premiered None Of The Above at the Herbst Theatre San Francisco, on 12th April 1985.
Its members at the time were:
- David Harrington (violin)
- John Sherba (violin)
- Hank Dutt (viola)
- Joan Jeanrenaud (cello)
