Sgt.Fury is an American comic book super hero, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1963.

He is depicted on the cover of We're Only In It For The Money, next to Lenny Bruce on the middle left side of the crowd, underneath the thunder cloud.

Zappa and the co-creator of Sgt. Fury, Jack Kirby, were good friends.
