Right now I look at an facsimilized article called ... invent sounds worse than music. from the Herald Examiner, Levinson. Way longer than the mentioned article above. But I think I have the other one too, also facsimile. I will check this out. On the other hand, maybe I wrote the article and with the sic wanted to express that Mr. Levinson did not really check correct spellings etc.
