Colonial West Model was a building, next to Nikki's Too, on 8351 on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, where many young people hung out in the mid-1960s.
Frank Zappa "advertised" it in the sleeve of Freak Out!, under the header: "Freak Out! Hot Spots" and wrote: "The Colonial West Model is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.
