Norma Jean Bell (February 27, 1954) was briefly part of Zappa's touring band at the end of 1975. She plays saxophone on Frank Zappa Plays The Music Of Frank Zappa, Joe's Menage and Zagreb/Ljubljana.
She went on to work with Tommy Bolin and Narada Michael Walden. She also performed with George Clinton's Parliament-Funkadelic collective. In the 1990s she set up her own Pandamonium Records label. She had international success with her "I’m the Baddest Bitch" dance track and subsequently worked with Moodymann.
