Neil Slaven is a British writer and record producer. He is considered to be a leading authority in the field of blues music. He also compiles and writes sleeve notes for CDs and works as an advisor to a number of record labels. Slaven is also a major contributor to the "Encyclopaedia Of Popular Music" and has written articles for magazines like "Vox", "Mojo" and "Billboard".
Slaven wrote Electric Don Quixote (1996).
