Lloyd Price (March 9, 1933) is an American R&B singer, best known for his songs "Lawdy Miss Clawdy" (1952), "Stagger Lee" (1959), "Personality",[1] and "I'm Gonna Get Married" (1959).
Zappa played his song "So Long" (1953) twice, respectively while he was a guest DJ in Dr. Demento's radioshow and when he was invited during the radio show WLIR, Long Island.
