Started performing by singing at the local Fiesta in [[Claremont]]. Performed with [[Ronnie And The Casuals]]. Discovered by FZ (who she described as "a very nice man") at the [[Ontario Music Center]]. On first hearing her sing FZ told her that he "saw dollar signs".
