And though I know we are trying to be as technically correct as possible, I think there's a point of deminishing returns involved.

I tend to give the most commonly known title to a page - even if technically speaking, it does not conform. Look at it this way: if I come inhere looking for "The Perfect Stranger", and I type that phrase in the "Go" box to the left, I'll find what I'm looking for instantly (try it!). If, on the other hand, I'm expected to type in "Boulez conducts Zappa: The Perfect Stranger" (exactly that), I'm much less likely to find that page instantly.

Then again, I could make "The Perfect Stranger" a redirect to "Boulez conducts Zappa: The Perfect Stranger"... -- KUR
