RCA Records was once a subsidiary of the RCA Corporation, now owned by Bertelsmann Music Group. RCA still uses the "His Master's Voice" trademarks on occasion where it has the rights to do so.
Oddly enough, FZ never had any product released thru RCA or BMG.
