Quad version
Many people and websites certified to own an original stereo edition having catalog number MS 2149.
Consequently a photograph of the label having both MS 2149 and the Quad logo are required to attest its existence.
As well, there was an interesting discussion on the Patio pages suggesting the stereo could be a mix down from the quad version.
However any elements validating this hypothesis are required before concluding so.

Perellis (road manager) etc, I see is in the DB.
Indeed, his two-headed antics feature large in McMaken's cover illustration.
But, what news in DB of the other three...?
