Man in Uniform

Was the "Man in Uniform" possibly John Smothers?

The man clearly has British accent (like the screaming guy in the audience – so the concert most likely took place in the UK) while John is an ex-policeman from the Washington DC, Baltimore area and was FZ's employee around 1975–1984. John can be heard and watched on a few videos and IMHO one can even hear that he is a black American, with a much deeper voice than the "Man in Uniform".

Source of second part

Looking at (and listening to) a recording of the May 23, 1969 Appleton, Wisconsin show, I have found that part of that performance of "Little House I Used To Live In" corresponds nearly exactly (barring some speed differences and probable overdubs) to the second section (1:43-4:18) of the released version. I've never, ever seen this mentioned anywhere as the source of this part of the track. I don't want to edit this article to include that date, though, as there's always the possibility I'm completely wrong (though I very much doubt I am), and I'd like a second opinion. Also, while I'm at it, the third part (4:18-5:13) sounds as if it's from the June 6, 1969 Royal Albert Hall show, the same show the end of the track is taken from. Again, I could be wrong, but this is just too close to not mention.
