Michael Urso

Michael Urso, aka Michael Erso, was the bassist for the "blue-eyed soul band" Rare Earth. He was hired by Zappa to temporarily replace Tom Fowler when he broke his arm in November of 1974. Urso was soon replaced by James Youman until Fowler healed enoughto rejoin the band.
