Notes

  1. The first reported copies were sold on November 5th during the Roundhouse event. According to a first annoucement by Barfko-Swill, the first shipping were initially planned to start "on or about the week of 8 November". And on November 16th, a second announcement mentionned "shipping this week, possibly as early as Wednesday [November 17th]".
