David Fricke is an American journalist and highly regarded rock critic and senior editor of Rolling Stone.
Fricke wrote liner notes for The MOFO Project/Object (Deluxe Edition) (2006) and the box set Lumpy Money (2009).
He wrote the journalistic articles and interviews The Last Days of Frank Zappa and Rolling Stone Interview, 1986.
He also appeared in the Classic Albums series documentary Apostrophe (') / Over-Nite Sensation.
