Donald "Cerphe" Colwell is an American DJ best known for his long run on the Washington/Baltimore/Delaware-area station WHFS. He also testified in the PMRC hearings. On November 25, 25, 2016, he published his autobiography, Cerphe's Up: A Musical Life with Bruce Springsteen, Little Feat, Frank Zappa, Tom Waits, CSNY, and Many More.
