<p><b>New page</b></p><div>Barry Miles was born in Cirencester, England in 1943. He studied art at Cheltenham College of Art, movied to London and qualifyed as an art teacher. <br />
<br />
His first job was with Better Books. From there he went on to found the Indica Bookshop and Gallery, which led to the founding of [[International Times]]. <br />
<br />
He was friends with FZ since the [[Mothers Of Invention]] came to London as part of their first [[Tours/1967|European tour]] in 1967.<br />
