Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) was an Austrian-born German dictator, responsible for the cause of the Second World War and the holocaust. His ultraconservative, repressive, racist regime caused the death of millions of people. Today he is still seen as the symbol of evil.

During the 1980s Zappa owned a poster on the wall portraying a Hitler-like Ronald Reagan with the words, "He has the right to do anything they want" written underneath. (Pulse Interview)
