Apostrophe (') 'Alternate' Cover
Welcome RocketMartin and thank you for your recent contributions.
I had (temporarily?) removed the picture you added in the Apostrophe (') article.
Could you please provide sources for this picture?
It is needed in order to ensure that the content of the article is credible and can be checked by any reader or editor.
Thanks for your understanding.

Re-uploaded picture with original sources in the summary. Is this even how i'm supposed to respond to messages? I'm still figuring all this wiki stuff out...
Oops, sorry, I did not see your answer (I've been away for a while).
I am gonna check how Image:ApostropheAlternate.jpg can fit very very soon ;-)

Beat The Boots
Hi RocketMartin,
I believe the two pages you have recently updated (The Ark (BTB) & 'Tis The Season To Be Jelly (BTB)) are actually dedicated to the BTB series. I will try to sort this out so we can update the corresponding bootlegs pages with their slightly different own variations.

Strictly Commercial?
Hi RocketMartin
I'm new here too.
To be truthful, I'm probably just a fraction more of a Beefheart fan than a Zappa fan.
(Perhaps that's why I thought at first you were Rockette Morten?)
Having reached 60 my eyes can fool me! (Probably as old as your Dad... you've painted an amazingly surreal picture in my head of you in front of a glowing-valve amp, wide-eyed and wearing a set of cans beside a proud father religiously holding a copy of Apostrophe in a dimly lit basement... maybe with a brash-voiced woman, distantly off stage-right, hammering on the door and screaming "Will you guys keep the noise down? I shall call the Police!"...)
However, I digress. You wrote: I'm always looking for rare and interesting Rock, Folk, Jazz, R&B and Blues albums. if you have any old LP's you want to unload (I can dream, right?) get in touch with me.
Anything you're dreaming of in particular?
I'm not a dealer, just a guy with 40 years-worth of vinyl who's cutting back to make some space. Pretty wide taste, all going: Dylan/Candy Dulfer/Downliners Sect/The Fall/Jesus & Mary Chain/Pixies/Lemonheads/Soft Machine/Hendrix/Specials/Bronski Beat/John Lee Hooker/Madness/Jim Croce....impossible to list!
Will just be keeping Beefheart, Zappa, Talking Heads & Portishead.

Exactly ONE moth?
You've been in that basement, or those dusty art-research books, too long...count those moths again...
Give me a week & I'll rummage thru the pile. I know I've got Hendrix:'Ladyland', (blue text) & a French Vol 5 single- Reggae: French Marley,Pluto Shervington Jazz: Brubeck/Mel Torme. etc. I'll cherry-pick a few & e-mail you soon, as this isn't the place to discuss further.
PS Good luck with the art. (I was an Art Director at 3 London agencies- if you can call such poofter's froth 'art') --Tonefish 22:07, 13 June 2008 (PDT)
