La La La Human Steps performing during The Yellow Shark concert, with Frank Zappa conducting in the back.

La La La Human Steps was a Québécois contemporary dance group known for their energetic, acrobatic style that often involves fast-paced and athletic physical contact. They were active between 1980 and 2015. The group's leading star was Louise Lecavalier.

The band performed on stage during Frank Zappa's The Yellow Shark performances with the Ensemble Modern, usually during G-Spot Tornado. A performance was filmed during the Frank Zappa: The Yellow Shark documentary.

At the group's request, Zappa also composed a ballet for them, released as Dance Me This. [1]
