CBS can refer to either of two entities:

CBS, a US-based TV and radio broadcast network, or
CBS Records, a re-formed subsidiary of CBS Corporation. Not to be confused with Columbia Records, once owned by CBS but presently owned by Sony BMG Music Entertainment.
