RCA is the trade name for two different companies with the same parentage:

a: RCA Corporation was one of the world's largest electronics companies. Among its properties was the NBC Network, The Victor Talking Machine Company, later RCA Records, and the "His Master's Voice" trademark in certain parts of the world. Merged into General Electric Corporation in 1985. Thomson SA purchased the RCA trademarks in 2003.

b: RCA Records, once a subsidiary of the RCA Corporation, now owned by Bertelsmann Music Group. RCA still uses the "His Master's Voice" trademarks on occasion where it has the rights to do so.

Oddly enough, FZ never had any product released thru RCA or BMG.
